Covid-19 Update - September 14th
As a result of the latest restrictions, groups larger than 6 and from more than one bubble are not allowed to stay together (though of course they could book several rooms at a hotel, and be mixing with complete strangers, which seems strange!) If you booked before Covid, we will do our best to honour your booking at a future date, subject to availability.
Another possibility is that some of your party could still take up the booking, depending on bubbles, health issues and other factors.
While we cannot return any deposits or balance payments (as clearly stated on the letting agreement), it may be that the insurance, which the agreement advises you to have in place, will cover your losses.
Alternatively, as we have done from March, if you can find a date in the future which works for you, we will move the booking. If the later stay is in a more expensive period, extra payments will be required.
We are sorry for these changes, which are beyond our control, and hope that the 'Rule of Six' will be relaxed sooner rather than later.
