Sadly, we have to close until further notice

The measures announced by the Prime Minister on Monday March 23rd mean that the Boundary cannot welcome visitors, at least until April 13th and very probably for longer than that. We are not able to refund deposits or balance payments, but we are able to count deposits and balance payments for bookings you are unable to take up towards future stays.

If you have paid in full and are unable to come because of travel restrictions, depending on your travel insurance - which you were advised to take out on your booking contract - you may be able to claim money back from insurers.

For our part, we will try to accommodate you once the crisis has passed, on a mutually satisfactory date within 12 months of the end of travel restrictions. Please note that if you choose a more expensive week you will need to pay the difference between the amount you have paid and the cost of the dearer week. There are no refunds for less expensive periods or shorter stays.

If you have paid a deposit this can count towards a rearranged stay in the same tariff band or lower. Please check availability [above] before enquiring, as this will be kept up to date.If you wish a contract to be sent out so that you can claim on your travel insurance please get in touch.

In the meantime please stick to the programme and avoid endangering yourself and others. Rather than trying to avoid infection, try to avoid infecting others: this prompts kindness and care instead of suspicion and selfishness.

We hope to be able to welcome you to the Boundary sooner rather than later.
